'It's time to share with you my finished products of the month February. It's not a lot this time, so let's take an closer look.'

'First I finished this showergel by Yves Rocher in Comoran Ylang Ylang. I know, I purchased it also this month, but this was the bottle in my shower. I start using this bottle at the middle of januari after finishing my Dove showercream. I purchased this long before GlitterKitty's ShoppingHunt was born, also in an big Yves Rocher purchase. What more can I say? This is one of my favorite showergels.'

'Next up is this Bonnebell Bottled Emotion in Pretty. Oh my paws I have this for ages now. I do have two other scents of this brand. Pretty smells very girly- girl to me. I can't really describe the scent, but I do like this pinky bottle.'

'Then I finished two lipsticks again. They are from Catrice, and the first one is an discontinued Absolute Moisture one. Color is 160 Dark Rosewood. Sad that it's gone now, I liked that color. Weared it all the time during the fall and wintertime. The other one is an Catrice Ultimate Shine Lipstick, and it was in 030 Rose 'n Gun. This is typical an lipstick I bought because of the name, wich reminds me of Guns 'n Roses, the band. However, I didn't like this color on my lips, it was way too frosty and metallicy. I used this every night at home during winter. I used it more like an coloured lipbalm, because Ultimate Shines are moisturizing on my lips. Never had the courage to wear this color outside, that's why I used this mostly inside. How more I used this one, how softer it became and how more the package damaged, so one night there was only an 25% left, and it broke and fell on the floor (wich I didn't hover yet, offcourse). From that point I tried to scoop it out, but I was done with it. So I threw it in my finished products basket this month. Honestly, I'm glad Catrice discontinued Rose 'n Gun.'

'Next I finishes is another lipproduct, and it's one by Carmex. This clicstick is in mint, and the scent reminds me of the square mints my grandfather always had. It doesn't smell that bad though, but I'm not an big fan of Carmex lipproducts, because they have an very chemical taste when it comes in my mouth. However, this one is for my taste one of the better ones. Again, I have this product for ages now, at least two years. I started using it at the end of 2010, and mostly I used Carmex in wintertime.'

'Lastly I finished this small Nivea Creme thin. It was an sample wich I got for free. This creme I used mostly for my feet, because it is an thick, oily consistency. Nivea said that you can use this regular creme all over the body and face, but personal I don't want to put this on my face. In my opinion it's great for very dry winter feet.'

(Nail Art) Prizes ~ Start of the Week with Ciaté Painpot in Ladylike Luxe

'A couple of weeks ago I entered an Ciaté Paintpot giveaway for the Iam So Glam Collection. You had to tag yourself in their pic, so I tagged myself on the LadyLike Luxe Paintpot. Luckily enough I won! I'm so happy with that. Now time to take a look of this nailpolish, with an little review.'

'First a look at the Paintpot bottle. I love the little black bow on it. It's not glued on the small black cap, so far as I figured it out. The brush is thin. I didn't make a lot mistakes during painting. The consistency is not too thick or too watery and goes on very smooth.'

'And here it is on my nails. Omfgh, this color is so pretty on. Not to forget: this is only one coat here. This nailpolish dried very quik on my nails. I'm very satisfied with this Nailpolish brand. Thinking of ordering a creme finish Paintpot. You can buy Ciaté Paintpots online at Ciaté Nederland, and they're retail for €11,99 each.'

Purchases ~ Catrice Limited Edition Nymphelia Lip Color Cream in Blossom

'Because I'm allowed to write as an freelance concert reporter at the local broadcasting company, I pampered myself to buy something new. That something became an Nymphelia Lip Colour Cream in Blossom. Nymphelia is Catrice's last came out Limited Edition at the moment.'

'Blossom is an beautiful peachy opaque looking color in the tube, but I came across a few dissappointments. First thing is the applicator. I really hoped that the applicator should be a brush, but it's an standard spongetip applicator, wich Catrice allready carry in their selection. Second is how it came out on the lips. Coverage isn't that good, it came out very sheer on my lips. Byebye opaqueness. Third thing is the lastingpower. It doesn't last very long on my lips, longest time is 30 minutes. The scent disappeared within 15 minutes.'

'However, I do have a couple of good things. First I really like the color how it is in the tube. Second is the scent. It smells like the standard winegum flower scent, wich I like. Third thing I like is the fact that it isn't sticky at all. (what explains why it last not so long on the lips) It is an soft consistency, but not really a cream. In a word, it's not what I expect from a opaque looking lipcream. This is an Limited Edition, and it retails for €3,79. And another thing: this product reminds me of the Revlon lipglosses. I think I had an better buy when I bought a couple of new Catrice nailpolish shades. I'm trying to get my hands on all the new came out Ultimate Laquers at the moment, so I work on an seperated post for them.'

Projects ~ I'm Sitting On A Volcano with Catrice

'I purchased a long while back this eyeshadow from Catrice in 130 Sitting On A Volcano, and ever since I try to find my way with it. Seems today I have an option wich also works for me.'

'First I applied some concealer all over my lid an all under the eyes. Then with my fingers I pat on Sitting On A Volcano also all over the lid. To blend it a little more I used 090 Bring Me The Frosted Cake (also single eyeshadow by Catrice) under my brows and a little in my crease. For the finishing touch I used an thin line of my Catrice Eyeliner Pen in Black. On my waterline I used an silver eyeliner and black eyeliner, wich isn't very visible on the pic. Yeah, again it's and very Catrice-y day.'

Projects ~ Masque Mania with Montagne Jeunesse

'When I was clearing my make up dresser, I came across an box with used masks from Montagne Jeunesse. I want to make an post about Montagne Jeunesse Masks for ages now... I planned to post one on my previous weblog, but because of the weblog vs wordpress fusion I wasn't be able to make one. I didn't make pics yet, and I don't have pics about how the consistency looks like, but I do have pics about the (used) packages. So please keep in mind that I used these masks far back in 2011 and to use them all, it costs me about six months. In this post I'm going to give you girls an description of every mask I used, and what my opinions are.'

'Along in the same box where I found these masks, I found an piece of paper with notes, so I will give you my opinion about Montagne Jeunesse Masks according to these notes.'

'Sensitive Skin Masque with Ceramides Serum~ Mask is white, but smells really disgusting. The serum didn't work. I believe this mask is allready discontinued, cause when I lastly looked for masks, I didn't find it anymore.'

'Peel - Off Masque~ Smells really fresh, and when it dried up it is slightly tight around the skin. When I try to peel it off, you need to work hard to get the job done. Consistency is blue, and jelly- ish. I believe it's still available.'

'Passion Peel- Off~ Smells fruity, more like pomegranate then passion flower in my opinion. Consistency is red and jelly- ish. I peeled this mask off better then the regular peel off.'

'Skin Polisher~ In my opinion this one smells more like stragiatelle yoghurt then honey- ish. Consistency is thick, white and smells too much for me. My skin became after this mask really soft, though.'

'Gel Cream Masque~ Watery pink- ish consistency, not a gel at all. Smells really fruity, and it seems this mask contains little fruit (?) granules. For me it smells good, but the consistency ran off my face.'

'Aromatherapy Masque~ Really relaxing scent. Lilacy and thick consistency. I enjoyed this one, and I purchase this again when I'm stressed out.'

'Mud Pac~ Smells like an fresh dead sea, seaweed- ish. Consistency is thick, and I believe the color seems to be an taupe color. This one makes me also really relaxed.'

'Sauna Masque~ When you apply this mask, it's getting warm. It smells really good, I can't really descibe the smell, but the consistency is liquidy and has an soft red color.'

'Fruit Smoothie~ Smells mostly like raspberry in my opinion. Not one of the favoritest scents, but also not one of the worst. Consistency is like yoghurt, white and a little thick.'

'Blemish Mud~ Typical mud and aloe vera scent. Consistency is lime green- ish and thick. Not my thing, but pleasant enough.'

'Fudge Sauna~ Consistency is light golden brown, liquidy and is getting warm when you apply it. Smells like caramels and it makes me really happy. You need to like sweet scents for this one. I think for some of you it might be a little overpowering.'

'Chocolat Blanc~ Consistency is really creamy, creamy white in color and it's smells so so so yummy... There's a little bit butter scent through it, but not annoying and my skin should be really soft after this. You enjoy chocolate without the calories.'

'Chocolate Masque~ Again, this one is really creamy, light brown in color and the scent is lovely, not too much, just perfect.'

'GlitterKitty's personal favorites: Passion Peel- Off, Aromatherapy Masque, Fudge Sauna, and Chocolat Blanc.'

'GlitterKitty's no likes: Sensitive Skin Masque with Ceramides Serum, Gel Cream Masque, and Skin Polisher.'

'GlitterKitty's personal conclusion: Not every mask will work. Most masks only makes you relaxed, but it doesn't that much for the skin. After using these masks your skin should be look fresh and clean, but when you look closer you might notice that it isn't an prevention for blackheads or acne. One sachet is one application, and retails for €1,75. However, Montagne Jeunesse sells also these masks in a bottle, and retails for €5,95. These bottles are up to 10 applications, so I defenately want to try them out. You know, just for relaxing, cause Montagne jeunesse makes you really relaxed.'

Purchases ~ On the Hunt for Muppets: Grumpyness Rules with Waldorf and Statler

'I'm back with another Muppet Purchase. I got those Muppets from my Dutch grocery store Albert Heijn. I paid €1 and six Muppetpoints. For more info about this, check my Swedish Cheff post.'

'I know, my second Muppet should be Gonzo, but guess what? Gonzo was allready sold out, together with Kermit, Fozzie, Miss Piggy and Animal. The only ones left, where Swedish Chef (wich we allready got) and those two grumpy old men Waldorf and Statler. I need to confess that my feonce prefer those two guys above all the others, cause the others are quit populair. Now we have at least two Muppets wich isn't own by everyone. No wonder nobody wanted Waldorf and Statler, you know it are two grumpy old men in Muppet World, but why the hack Swedish Chef isn't that populair... I truly don't know...'

'Like we gave Swedish Chef an own place above our microwave, I gave Waldorf and Statler their own little and cozy spot on my bookshelf. Not that these grumpy characters ever will read... I think they can't read Dutch ^_^ , and I think if they do, they choose for horror... I guess.'

Projects ~ Nailpolish Cleanout Februari 2012

'Once in a while, I try to have an stash clean out. Products or items wich are spoiled, broken, or too nasty for giving them away, simply said products I never want to use again after trying them, are exit collection. Sometimes I will give those items away, but sometimes not. This time I cleaned out some very old, bad, dried out, or gloppy nailpolishes. By the way, I not opened these polishes for this post, cause else I have it everywhere, since these polishes aren't that fresh anymore.'

'First I want to clean out these two nailpolishes, both Dutch brands. First is from Drugstore DA, wich I have a long long while now. I used this one a couple of times, and exally I liked this polish. Coverage is great, stainpower is okay, but the consistency became thick. Therefore, DA changed their nailpolish range maybe a while ago, so I think it's time to get rid of this one. And I have way too many purples in my collection also, so yeah... The yellow one is from an company called Hema, and this polish also became thick. This polish is one wich doesn't dry very quikly, wich I hate in an nailpolish. I have this an long time too. And I collected many yellows the past years, so exit for this one as well.'

'Next up are these stripers from LA Colors Art Deco Liners. I got these at the beginning of 2009, I know that, because it was one of my last times I used my old Paypal account. Reason for cleaning these ones out is because they are so so gloppy and thick. I used the red one lastly in this video, and it was an pain in the *** to get everything smooth.'

'Then we have these Sally Hansen Diamonth Strenght No Chip Nailpolishes. These one I have a little longer then my stripers, same reason for cleaning them out: they are so so thick... it's literally pooh on my nails. Yuck. Before I took a pic of these, I opened them, and as you might see, it became an real mess on the cap. So bye bye on these ones also.'

'Up are these polishes by MNY. I cleaned these yellow and white color out because they're junk. Both nailpolishes need at least 6 coats to get them nice, and after so much time for waiting till it's dry, it chips the same day, no matter if I used an good topcoat. Waste of time and money. I still do have a couple of other polishes of MNY wich I will give another change for simple nail art like small dots or something, but it's defenately not one of my favorite brands.'

'Yves Rocher came out this month with some new stuffies, so I decided to try a couple of those things out. Besides that, I ordered also a couple of my standard things, like lipbalm and showergel.'

'I ordered five of my favorite lipbalms, the almonds flavored one with the yellow cap. They only costs me €1 a piece instead of the €2,50 catalogue price. I also ordered one of my favorite summer showergels: Jardins Du Monde Comoran Ylang Ylang Flower, also in an yellow package. I do have another favorite showercreme by Jardins Du Monde from Yves Rocher, that's the one with Californian Almond, but I do believe they don't sell that one in the USA. Instead of Californian Almond they do sell Brazilian Watermelon Showergel from Jardins Du Monde as well, wich is not sold in Holland. I just found out. I paid for my ylang ylang showergel only €1,50 a piece instead of the €3 catalogue price. The footpeeling was about €2,20, but catalogue price is €5,95, something like that.'

'Ok, on to some new make uppies. First I came across these new package lipsticks. In the past Yves Rocher sold lipsticks in an pink, sturdy package wich carried the name Luminelle. YR discontinued these Luminelle pink package lipsticks, and came up with these newer lipsticks. This time, not with the name Luminelle on it, just Yves Rocher, and in an purple/ white package with an cute girliegirl flower on the cap. First of all, I don't know what to think of the scent, wich is not an pleasure scent to smell in my opinion. After a short while you don't smell it anymore, but then it is also time to re apply the product. The colors came out very sheer on me, and with that, this lipstick won't last on me very long. When you open the lipstick, by pulling off the plastic wrapper, the names come off the package. Reminds me of the Wet 'n Wild Lipsticks. Could be a little annoying if you only remember names and not the numbers. Oke, I do have a couple of good things: 1. It's buildable 2. These lipsticks are great for beginners and 3. The package is really cute. I think these are awesome for teenagers, or people wich dislike bold lips. I paid €4,95 a piece, catalogue price is €7,95.'

'I had to have a couple of these mini nailpolishes. In the past they looked a bit smaller. Yves Rocher also came up with a couple of new shades, wich are cream. That's a good thing, because in the past YR only carried the pearl shades. First thing I mentioned while I apply them: The cream finishes I tried have an amazing coverage. On the pic I did just one coat. And they dried very quik on my nails. I only have to say good things so far about these polishes. Oh one thing: they chip like crazy, within one day... so a good topcoat over it, problem solved. Catalogue price of them is €3,30, but I got them for €1,70 a piece.'

'Then I got this mascara wich I got for free. Catalogue price on this is €17,50. At this moment on the Dutch Yves Rocher site for €8,75. I think the mascara's from YR are a little pricey. We shall see how this works.'

'Lastly I got this (fake?)leather purse also for free, along with this cute fleece blanket (blanket was an special offer for only €2,95). I'm an sucker for fleece blankets, and everytime when YR gives the opportunity to get one, I order. How bad am I, lol. I think I own too much YR fleece blankets... if you want to see my fleece blankets collection, just place an comment.' ^_^

Projects ~ Valentine Lipcombo with Wet n Wild and MUA (US vs UK)

'Sometimes we swatch some lipsticks in the store, wich we like and buy. However, at home those lipsticks seems not what they are in real light and become "not wearable". Soon those lipsticks end up far away in one of our drawers, or worse, in our thrash can. Time to show you some idea's for mixing your lipsticks. I like to mix my lipsticks, but not when I'm on the go.'

'Valentinesday is around the corner, so in this first lipcombo post I show you my Valentine Lipcombo: Make Up Academy in Shade 9 (UK brand) vs Wet 'n Wild in 906D (US brand). I do live in Holland, and I got both brands by accident. The Wet 'n Wild one I got in the mail by winning an surprise giveaway and the Make Up Academy one did I get from my feonce wich was in the UK back in August.'

'Wet 'n Wild in 906D is an hot and bright fuchsia pink color. Make Up Academy in shade 9 is an very metallic/ frosty purplepinkish color. Wet 'n Wild 906D is way too "in your face" for me, and MUA shade 9 is too frosty and shimmery when I wear these on their own, so I think when I mix these, you get an way more wearable color. 906D makes shade 9 less shimmery, and shade 9 makes 906D a bit toned down and less matte.'

'It's time for another wishlist. This time I want to talk about Kat von D Cosmetics, wich you can buy at Sephora. I heard that her make up is awesome. I think the packages of Kat's make up is pretty cool. One little downside: it's a bit pricey, so you really need to be sure you can afford it, and as usual, I can't. Oh well, let's take a look of what I want.'

'The first thing that catch my eye was this Painted Love & Foiled Lipstick Set, wich is an Limited Edition item. On the website it was at first $60, but it's at the moment $28. Pricey, but oh my gosh, look at the package. The first edition came in this book package, and like some of you know, I'm an real booknerd... sadly enough this version is discontinued, so Kat von D made another package for this item: Now it should come into this red package.'

This set contains 6 x 0.042 oz lipsticks in:

- Celebutard (nude peach beige)
- Backstage Bambi (hot pink)
- Hellbent (blood red)
- Adora (shimmering candy apple red)
- Whiskey Woman (pinkish brown)
- Vestalula (medium brown)

'My other wish is an Kat von D Painted Love Lipstick in Lolita. This lipstick isn't a part of the set I just talk about. An Kat von D Painted Love Lipstick retails for $19. I couldn't find an promotion picture of Lolita, only the standard pic of this lipstick, so I borrowed an picture from Glowingface, to give you an idea of the color. Please check her site for more info about the Painted Love Lipstick in Lolita.'

'Another item I want, is the True Romance Eyeshadow Palette in Beethoven, wich retails for $34. I'm a sucker if it comes to purple eyeshadow palettes, so I need to try this palette. Can't wait to play with it.'

'Lastly, I want to try out Kat's Tattoo Concealer. I can't say wich color I am, but I heard good things about this concealer. And better be... because the price for this concealer is $25.'

Yeah, I think this was everything from Kat von D what caught my eye. Maybe one day, my hands will reach for them...' ^_^

Purchases ~ Max Crackle Nailpolish

'Past weekend I read some blogs about Nailpolishes, and I came across some articles about Max Crackle Nailpolishes. I wanted to try out the crackle trend in Nail Art Wonderland for a long time now, so I decided to make a visit at my local Action.'

'For the girls who doesn't know about Max Nails: Max is an cheap *** brand available at an Dutch store called the Action. They sell these Max Nailpolishes for the awesome bargain price €0,45 a piece. It seems that Max introduce their new Crackle Nail sets. In my local Action I saw at least five of these sets. Each set contains an base color, an crackle polish and an topcoat, so you get 3 polishes for €1,39. I think it's an awesome deal, so let's try them out.'

'Because of the low price you might think that these polishes could be crap. So let's test a few of these crackles. I got the Silver/Purple Crackle/Topcoat and the Gold/Black Crackle/Topcoat set.'

'I think these Crackle Polishes crackled very good. Personally I shouldn't use an gold underneath the black, but you can paint your nails in another color before you put some black crackle on. I love the silver/ purple crackle combination. I think crackle is very cool on the nails, so I think of buying other brands, just to compare their quality. These Max Crackle Nail Sets are very good for trying out the crackle style, just to figure out in case you like it.'

'I purchased an Sleek Bad Girl Palette in januari, and I decided to make an look with it. At last we're having snow here in Holland, so I wanted to make an very cold looking eyelook.'

Obnoxious and Abyss: In the pan with fake light it seems purple, in daylight it should be looking blue in the pan too, but swatches always turn out blue... (Sony Ericsson Xperia Mobile Phone Camera)

'And here it is. I used Innocent, Obnoxious and Abyss. I finished this look with Catrice Eye Liner Pen in Black is Black and Catrice Allround Mascara. Under my brows I used my 28 Neutrals Palette, an very neutral color as you maybe noticed.'

'When you are in Holland one day, you should probably doing your groceries at the Dutch Albert Heijn, or simply said AH. This grocery store should be famous because of their funny tv commercials, and they have nice things wich you can collect. Like you can now collect very awesome and cute hand puppets from the Muppets... You need to spend €15 on groceries wich gives you one Muppet point. Sometimes you get extra points if you get one of their bonus offers, and when you have six points with €1 surcharge you can get one hand Muppet. How cool is that? You can collect these handmuppets till february 19th 2012.'

'We had to have the Swedish Chef at first. He got a nice and cozy place on our microwave in the kitchen. Isn't he cute? Next we're trying to get handMuppet Gonzo, wich looks a little sadistic when my younger sister and me wanted on the picture with the Muppets at the AH... You're still cute Gonzo, no offence, but if we're give you a knife... I think every little kid and mom's getting the shivers.' ^_^

Projects ~ Finished Products Januari 2012

'After so many purchases, you might be expect that I also finish a lot of things. Well, not always a lot, but I do finish things every month. So let's start with the products I finished during Januari.'

'First item I finished is this bodybutter in cocnut sheabutter by my local Dutch Drugstore Kruidvat. In my previously post I talk about the blueberry lychee one. The coconut smells a little heavier, but it's not overpowering at al. The blueberry one has an slight pink color to the consistency, the coconut is just white. I think these bodybutters has an good quality for the price, only €2,50 for 200ml.'

Next up I finished my Essence Refreshing Toner in Grape. It was only €1,99. I used this at least 3 months or so. This is very good for refreshing, but it doesn't much for my skin. The smell is awesome, wich I like, but I don't have the feeling that my skin is that clean, if you know what I mean. The other item I finished was this nailpolish remover from an Dutch store called Action. This remover was €0,98 and it's without acetone. I didn't like this remover. It leaves white rims around my cuticles, and my nails/ cuticles looked very dry after using it. I do prefer an remover with acetone, cause 1) With aceton you don't need to rub hard to get the polish of and 2) I don't see any white rims around my cuticles when I using a remover with acetone.'

'Next up I finished this awesome facecream by Yves Rocher. This is the best facecream I ever used in winter time. It's a little too fat for summer, but it's very good for wintertime. It makes my skin really soft and healthy looking. But there are two cons. First thing is: catalogue price is €35, wich is ridiculous. Mostly Yves Rocher gives you some discount wich means that the price should be mostly €17,50. I got this cream during an awesome deal: I got it as an surprise gift worth €35 in one of my purchases. And I noticed that they give this cream a lot for free during these surprise gift deals. That's an good thing. So if I want to re purchase this, I only need to wait till they give this thing away, cause I don't think of spending so much money for an facecream. The other con is the package. As you might see, I don't get all the product out of the package, there's a little left under the rim of the pot. So I hope that Yves Rocher makes the pot more round in the future, cause every woman wants to get everything out of the package, especially when she should pay the full €35.'

'Another thing I finished this month are two mono eyeshadows by Catrice. First color is Welcome to Miami Peach, wich is discontinued. I don't care that this color is out of the running, cause I really hated it. It was way too shimmery and gives a lot of fall out during applying. Second color I finished is Go Charlie Brown. I believe they discontinued this color too. Not my favorite eyeshadow colors. Catrice mono eyeshadows are only €2,79, but I think I got one free, so it was not a big deal for me. I owned more worse eyeshadows in the past.'

'Next I finished two lipsticks by Catrice. First is one of the old Absolute Moisture ones in Caramel Beige. I really love their old skool Moisture Lipsticks, and it's sad that I finished this one allready. But I still own a couple other colors of the old Moisture lipsticks. I think it's really sad they discontinued these lipsticks. Glad we got some other cool lipsticks in place. The other lipstick I finished is also an Catrice one. It's a lipstick from the Urban Baroque Limited Edition past year, in the color Elisabeth. I have one back up left from this lipstick, so I try to use this color carefully. I have no idea what I payed for these lipsticks in the past, honestly. But I know it wasn't that much.'

'Finally done for this month. Next up I finished an concealer by Manhattan. This brand was discontinued years ago from our local drugstores, so it isn't available anymore. I used this concealer to death, and I wish I had an back up of this. I can't remember the price, but it was defenately an cheap **** product.'

'Lastly I finished this sample of Dove Deeply Nourishing Showergel with NutriMoisture. I think this is an awesome showergel. My skin felt really soft after a shower with this. It also last me a long time- two weeks for 50ml- wich isn't that bad. Only con: the scent. I think I don't like it, it smells too heavy for my taste, and too milky. I can't describe the scent of this. I got this for free in the mail, so I don't know what the price of this product should be.'

'I shopped not a lot this month. Like I wrote earlier, our washingmachine died, so we bought an new washingmachine this month. So I bought some random things here and there, things wich I ran out of, or I simply want to try.'

'First thing is this awesome smelling body butter from my local Dutch drugstore Kruidvat. I'm not a huge fan of Kruidvat stuffies, but their bodybutters are pretty awesome. My previous one in coconut and sheabutter is gone, and I thought it is time for another scent. So I picked up the blueberry and lychee one. It smells very girlie girl, and it makes me reach for summer. Good thing is the price: only €2,50 for 200ml.'

'I also ran out of my Essence cleansing water. I wanted to re purchase my Refreshing Toner, the purple bottle from |Essence, but I couldn't find it anymore, so I picked this one up, also by Essence. It was only €1,99, and I used it allready.'

'Finally, my local Dutch drugstore Kruidvat is selling NYC Cosmetics too. Till now I couldn't find any NYC stuffies in my area, so I had to pick up at least one lipstick and one nailpolish. Here a swatch of the lipstick, wich is in 418 Sugarplum and a pic of the nailpolish, wich is in Moma. The lipstick was €2,99 and the nailpolish only €2,29 a piece.'

Favorites ~ Yves Rocher Lippies

'Time for an favorites post again, and this time I'm going to write about my favorite Yves Rocher lipproducts. You can get Yves Rocher stuffies online, and if you're lucky, in one of their local stores.'

'First thing wich I always purchase, are these lipbalms. My favorites are the grape one with the green cap, and the almond one with the yellow cap. I think Yves Rocher sell also one with an pink cap, wich is in an buttery kind of smell. The grape one I will mostly use when it's summer. It's an light lipbalm with an summery grape scent to it. The almond one I mostly use in winter, because it's a little fuller in texture, but it's also light wearing at the same time. I love both of these balms, and it's one of those things I always need to purchase. I always come back to this lipbalm. Catalogue price of these balms are €2,50 each, but mostly I buy them for €1- €1,50 a piece, wich is an very good deal.'

'My next favorite lippie from Yves Rocher discovered I pretty recently. I'm talking abouth their cream lipsticks, wich are very pigmented and creamy. I believe they're called High Concentration Moisturizing Lipsticks, wich is an mouthful. I think these are really good. They have an very girlie scent, wich is in my opinion nice. They last a good amount of time also, and they're not drying. Catalogue price is €14,90 a piece, but I buy these mostly for €7,50 or €8,95. Wich is still pricey, but believe me it's worth it.'

I got the Limited Edition Packages. In the future these colors should be produced in the regular package, wich is the blue cap.

Rose is an pretty pinky/ peachy nude. Great for everyday wear.

Mauve is an deeper nude for me.

Tomette is an soft wearable brick red. The label makes you think that it is an bright raspberry color, but it's not.

'Here are some pictures of the color and my manicure. I painted them yesterday. I did two coats here, but one coat covered the nails very well too. Brush is small, but not too long, just perfect. As you might see, I didn't make much mistakes during painting. I defenately want to purchase more from Sinful Colors Nailpolishes. I got mine fron Alice&Jo Online Beautystore, and they are €4,99 each.'

'Finally I'm back with another purchase. As you maybe noticed, I didn't shop a lot stuffies this month. Reason was: We bought also a new washingmachine. You see, the old one passed away at the end of december, and I was truly done with doing the laundry by hand... Anyway. Let's take a look at my 4th purchase at Alice and Jo Online Beautystore. 'Second thing was another Barry M lippaint. I really like Barry M lippaints, and they are also affordable. You get, depending on wich color you get, real quality for the price. I purchased #150 Pink Suede, and indian pinkish/ coral/ peachy color. Barry M lippaints are €5,05.'

'And last but not least, I bought my very first Sinful Colors Nailpolish at Alice&Jo! You see, Sinful Colors is an very hard to find brand in Holland. So far as I know you can order them online at Cherry Culture.com. I had to pick up Mint Apple, cause this nailpolish was on my wishlist for ages, but everytime I was be able to pick it up at Cherry Culture, it was out of stock.... but finally I got it! Yay! One Sinful Colors Nailpolish is €4,99 at Alice&Jo. A little bit pricey if you realize they will cost at Cherry Culture only $1,99. Oh well, I think it doesn't matter, cause at Cherry Culture you have to deal with high shipping to Holland....'

'A while ago I found Saffron London Nailpolishes in an typical cheap ass Dutch shop called "Op=Op Voordeelshop". I didn't seen this brand in Holland before, but I heard about it.'

Colors: Black #10, Metallic Purple #63, Baby Blue #53 and White #11 (I think my Memory Card is dying now...)

'I picked up a few colors to try out, and I started to buy one for €1,99. Later on I bought also a couple more with their special deal: buy 3 for €5. You will safe €1 this way, but I thought first see if these polishes are a little good. And they are. Especially the covering from the creme ones are awesome. I didn't try them on my nails yet, so I can't tell you a lot about chipping, but I noticed that these polishes are drying pretty quik too. Not very quik, but quik enough for me.'

'I have no idea what was wrong with my camera/ old skool one gig memory card when I took these pics, so excuse me for how some pics came out. If I check them on my camera everything's fine, till I put them on my computer... then the errors showing up.... Anyway here are some quik swatches. On the pic I did just one coat of every color.'

'During december I picked up some random things. Things wich I ran out of, or random things where I bought not that much from. So please sit back, and be inspired.'

'First two things I desperately needed to buy are these Nailpolish remover from my local Dutch drugstore Etos and Moisturizing Handcream also from the Etos. I can't say nothing special about them, only that the remover was €0,98 and the handcream €1,99. That handcream smells really good, a little flowery and girlie. I like it.'

'Next thing I purchased by accident. I didn't plan to buy it, but I do like this Nailpolish colour by Mavala. It's in number 176 Racing Green, and I didn't use it yet. I think it's an pretty Christmassy colour. I purchased it also at Etos for €4,95.'

'I ran out of a lot perfumes lately. So I thought it was time for a new perfume. This perfume I sniffed by accident, and I really like how the scent came out on my skin. It's from Christina Aguilera and called By Night. I love the little black rose on the neck of the bottle as well. Christina perfumes are available in almost every Dutch drugstore, and I paid for mine €14,95/ 15ml bottle.'

'I also decided to pick up an new skin moisturizer, and I picked this one from Essence. It's their mattifying one, and it smells like lychee and blue grape. I allready tried their toner in the same scent, and I like how it refresh my skin when I used that toner. This skincare range is very cheap, the moisturizer and the toner is €1,99 each and is available in Dutch drugstores Kruidvat and Trekpleister.'

'Lastly I want to share with you girls, that december was an jellybean month for me. You can buy jellybeans in Holland at grocerystore Albert Heijn (AH) for €1,49/ 200grams. I purchased at least every week one bag of those goddes but evil things...' ^_^

'A couple of days/ weeks ago there was a discount of 30% for the Catrice Cosmetics stuffies at my local Dutch drugstore Trekpleister. So I grab the opportunity, and bought a few things. I can't tell you exactly how much I spent, cause I lost my receipt.'

'Anyway. First thing I defenately needed was a new mascara, so I picked up this "Our best volume ever" mascara. I didn't try it out yet, but here are some pics of the brush.'

'Next one I picked up is this Lipappeal Lipgloss in #120 Berry Good. This Lipgloss was a while ago on my Catrice Cosmetics Wishlist. I love this soft purple color. I wore this allready a few times over an purple lipstick, and it looked great. Here are some pics and the swatch of it.'

'Next are a couple of Precision Lipliners and a Precision Eyeliner. I'm happy with both. You could, like the package says, make very precise lines. I like the subtile result. It finishes your look, or it makes your lipstick last longer without an harsh line around your mouth. Again, here are some pictures.'

'This time two Sleek Eyeshadow Palettes, one Sleek True Color Lipstick, a Sleek Glossed Lipgloss, and 3 nailpolishes. Here we go.'

'We're kicking off with offcourse my two Sleek Palettes... omfgh, how I love Sleek palettes... I need keep kicking myself for collecting them... this time I ordered the Monaco and Sunset Palette. They are €7,95 a piece. Like I promised earlier, I do an swatch blogpost with all of them in one post. And on a moment when I do have better lighting. Expect around Spring a post with swatches, cause then the lightning should be way better around my house.'

'Next I ordered these 3 nailpolishes. Two are from, offcourse Attitude, one in Life of the Party a summery peachy color, and Tutti Frutti wich is lilac. Both are creme finishes. For a change I ordered also a nailpolish by MeMeMe Cosmetics in an sunny yellow kind of color, wich called Lyrical. To be honest, I ordered Lyrical because of the name, not because of the baby yellow color, cause I have plenty of yellows. Yellow makes me smile, so this could be an reason too. The MeMeMe Cosmetics nailpolish I will testing out soon... say around Spring or so. ^_^ (I can better do all my blogposts in Spring in the future, mi- auww) Besides that, my nails aren't lady- like at the moment with the happenings of past week... Anyway, the Attitude polishes are only €2,75 a piece, and the MeMeMe Cosmetics nailpolish is €5,10 a piece at Alice&Jo.'

'Lastly I have two lipproducts by Sleek. First is an True Colour Lipstick in Taupe from their regular line. I got another Sleek True Colour Lipstick earlier but that was an sheen kind of type... I love Sleek's lipsticks so far. They have no scent or taste, wich I like when I don't want to smell any scents. Sleek True Colour Lipsticks are €4,50 a piece, the Sheen and Matte ones are €6,50 a piece. The second lipproduct wich I ordered by Sleek is a Glossed Lipgloss in Rumour. Like you maybe allready noticed, I am not an big lipgloss fan, but I thought, let's try one by Sleek. You get a brush type applicator. The Glossed is not that big, it contains only 5ml of product. I do love the color though. Sleek glosses do have a candy/ vanilla kind of smell, wich is okay. The gloss isn't sticky in my opinion, and is €4,10 at Alice&Jo.'

'Yay! I found on a dark spot in my bedroom a one gig memorycard... and best part is the card is still working... Double Yay! This means I can finally photograph some purchases I did past month. So let's start with nailpolish purchases today.'

'Do you remember my earlier post about Easy Paris Laca De Unas Nailpolishes? Well, yeah, I went back to our "1000 Voordeelshop" in our town, and I went a little bit crazy... I started my earlier post with 3 nailpolishes, and uhm yeah, I ended up with 11 of them. Mostly are glitters, and I must say, I think these polishes are pretty good for a €1,50 a piece polish. I can wear these polishes 2-3 days without chipping and without a topcoat. Most colors need an second coat, but that's a pretty standard routine for me.'

'Okay, I bought two more creme finishes, one in an nice green wich I didn't try yet and the other is an pretty orangy/ tangerine color, wich is perfect for summer. Beneath you see a quik swatch where I did only one coat. Please don't pay too much attention to my horrible nails... I am still a little stressed out from the fact that my feonce ended up in the hospital last sunday... wich you could read here.'

'Anyway, continue with my six glitter polishes, wich I adore! I tried till now only the one with the purple and blue glitters over an baby yellow nailpolish and it looked so girlie... never thought I like glitters. The only thing I hate about glitters is the fact that they don't come off really easy when you use remover and cottonballs, but for the upcoming Christmas and parties they are really cool. I made a couple of swatches about them. The black one was an really surprise for me, cause in the bottle this color looked like an creme finish black. However, I do like that one.'

'Just an quik message to let you all know that I'm doing fine... only my feonce didn't felt so good last sunday. I mean, he wasn't allready that healthy the whole past week, but sunday it became really bad. On his request I called the emergency help. We could come directly that morning, and after a long day of tests it seems he's having diabetes type one... wich is a little weird in my opinion, cause most people should be born with it... why isn't it seen while he was a little baby? Anyway, he need to stay for a few days in the hospital, and I have no idea when he can come home. Fingers crossed if he's back around Christmas...'

'This should be a month full of wishlists, because Christmas in on the way. I always wish some music or readable things like books for Christmas, so this Wishlist is for the CD's I want. It's something like an tradition to buy old skool CD's... Without bragging I have around 500...'

'First CD I really want is The Classical Conspiracy from Epica. Epica is Simone Simons, Mark Jansen, Isaac Delahaye, Coen Jansen, Yves Huts, and Arien van Weesenbeek. Like you maybe know my username on Youtube is epicafan911. I am a huge fan from Epica. The Classical Conspiracy and their newest album wich should be released in 2012 titled Requiem For The Indifferent are the only two I miss so far. Only Reqiem For The Indifferent don't have a 'face' yet, Epica only told us the new title.'

'Mark Jansen from Epica started his own project, and it came out as Mayan. Mayan is an mixture from different bands like Epica, After Forever, Re- Vamp, etc, but head members are Mark Jansen, Arien van Weesenbeek, Frank Schiphorst, Isaac Delahaye, Jack Driessen and Rob van der Loo. Sometimes they have guest singers like Simone Simons (Epica), and Floor Jansen (After Forever, Re- Vamp). First album from Mayan came out May 2011 and is titled Quarterpast, wich is defenately on my CD Wishlist.'

'Another band wich I like a lot is The Birthday Massacre. Members are Chibi, Rainbow, Michael Falkore, Nate Manor, O-En, and Rhim. And they like purple, just like me. ^_^ Very first album I ever bought from them was Violet. I heard allready some new songs from Pins and Needles, and I like these songs so much that I decide to put Pins and Needles on my CD Wishlist. But I don't have the other albums yet: Imaginary Monsters, Show and Tell, Looking Glass, Walking With Strangers, and Nothing With Nowhere. Last one is also released as Violet, wich I have.'

'Just a quik message to let you know that I'm planning to get an new photo and video camera. With planning I mean that I am able to pick up an better camera at my in- laws. My in- laws just bought an new photo and video camera, so they give their "old" camera to my feonce and me.'

'My old camera still works, but my battery charger exploded... so I can't charge the battery from my current camera that well. The battery also warped during the last charge session, so it's really the end of my battery charger now. I also need to buy some new memory cards, cause in the past I broke a few.... and it's so handy if I have a back up of those cards...'

'It's time for an fresh brandnew favorite of mine. This time it isn't beauty related. This time I want to talk about one of my all time favorite tv shows ever: Criminal Minds.'

'First person wich caught my eye and was one of the biggest trigger to follow Criminal Minds, is Penelope Garcia, played by Kirsten Vangsness. What I like about this woman is the fact how colorfull she is. She's wearing a lot of excentric glasses, holding a funky pen while she's typing her BAU keyboard, and is one big inspiration when it comes to make up for me. You need to have the guts to wear these colorfull looks, but wow, I really like Garcia's character, even how she is in real life...'

'My next favorite of Criminal Minds is Derek Morgan, played by Shemar Moore. I like the relationship between Penelope Garcia and Derek Morgan in this serie the most. How they hang around with each other is priceless: I bet they are the same in real life. He's in one word hot. Lucky for Kirsten, she's flirting all the time with him... in the serie.'

'Offcourse I have my third favorite of Criminal Minds, Dr. Spencer Reid, played by Matthew Gray Gubler. Oh my gosh, his character is priceless. I really like the way how his character is: nerdy, caring, and smart... shortly said, there's something about him, I can't really explain why I'm feeling attracted to him.... ^_^ Good for me I live in Holland, else the obsession was too big for me... glad I have already found my man!'

'High on my nailpolish colors wishlist is the holographic nailpolishes. Good holographic nailpolishes are very hard to find. A lot of brands claims that they sell holographics, but sometimes those colors are more metallics or something like that. My eye caught a color by Colorclub wich seems to be an holographic. It's called Worth the Risque, and I really hope this is an good, silvery holographic.'

'By accident I ordered my second package at Alice&Jo Online Beautystore. With that I changed my Alice@Jo Wishlist, wich you can find here <click>. I promised myself to order at first, if I should make an order at Alice&Jo, some Attitude Nailpolishes. So I did ordered four of these polishes, one Sleek Palettes and a Barry M Lippaint this time.'

'I ordered Boho Blue, Cranberry, Fashionable Late and Berry Burlesque. These polishes are in one word amazing. I love the big color range from Attitude Nailpolishes. I ordered four, but I added more colors on my wishlist as you might noticed. The brush is a long one. Polishes are quik dry, and in my photo's I just use one coat of every color. Sorry for my sloppy nailpainting, and excuse me for the yellow borders on some points. Seems I had yellow polish on before these swatches... ^_^ Price is €2,75 for each color.'

Idea of an Attitude Nailpolish brush

'Offcourse I had to order another Sleek Eyeshadow Palette. My choice was for the Bohemian Palette, the one with the white package. The fact that these eyeshadows doesn't have names caught my eye. My Au Naturel Palette eyeshadows have names, so I am wondering why my Bohemian Palette not. It's not a big problem, cause I still love, love, love Sleek palettes... they are so pigmented and their color range is huge. I decided to do swatches of them in another blogpost, so please be patient. A Sleek Palette at Alice&Jo is €7,95.'

'Least I had to try a lippaint by Barry M. I ordered number 73 Mulberry. As you might see, Barry M only put the number on the package not the name of the lipstick. It's not an huge deal for me, but I thought it should be nicer if Barry M mentioned also the name. The smell of this lippaint is like crayons, but thank god, it's not an in your face crayon smell. After applying Barry M's lippaint, the scent will go away. Price for a Barry M lippaint is €5,05, wich is a bit cheaper then a Sleek Lipstick. I think I like the Sleek Lipsticks better, but I think Barry M's lippaint are good as well.'

'It's a long time ago when I purchased NYX stuffies for the last time . So I think it's time to create a little wishlist for this favorite brand of mine. I love the NYX Eyeshadow trio's, their Round Lipsticks, and I like the Megashine Lipgloss.'

'Like I told earlier I'm not a big sucker for lipgloss. It's most of the time sticky as hell, and my hair always going to stick on my lips when I wear lipgloss... however, I do have a couple of Megashine lipglosses on this wishlist. I found out that these lipglosses aren't sticky at all. Their formula feels like lipcream on my lips. Sadly enough I do own one Megasine lipgloss at the moment. So see my want- to- buy colors here.'

'This weekend, I walked by this typically cheap chinese kind of store, called "1001 Voordeelshop". This shop sells a lot of asian kind of stuffies, but also wigs and cheap cosmetics. I think they sell also a lot of other stuffies, I bet. I did allready know that this store excist in our "city", because my younger sister and I allready came across. My younger sister and I where a little bit sceptical while visiting the first time, so I didn't pick up anything. However, this weekend I came across again, and my curiosity won: I decided to try some of their cheap ass nailpolishes. The brand I picked up is called Easy Paris Laca de Unas Nailpolish, and I think it is an brand from Spain.'

'I picked up some of their cream or jelly finish polishes in purple (53), yellow(54), and blue (456). Every nailpolish brand at this shop cost all €1,50 a piece. First thoughts while I opened their caps was how nice the brushes look. By trying out the blue one, I noticed that after two coats the nailpolish allready became thick. The first coat came out very jelly- ish, but the second coat makes it all better.'

'I have no idea if I want to pick up more of these polishes. Maybe a couple of their glitters around Christmas, because they have nice green glitter, silver glitter, purple glitter and gold glitter polishes I believe. But I also noticed that Easy Paris have a lot kind of packages. 1001 Voordeelshop also sell a Nailpolish Brand that called Wynie. Wynie have a big color selection, creams, jelly kind of polishes, glitters... but I don't know if I want to try these polishes. I like the packes from Easy Paris better.'

'The Easy Paris Nailpolishes I purchased, the square bottle ones, reminds me of the American nailpolish brand Pure Ice, but the caps from Easy Paris seems to be longer. On the pics I wear two coats, without topcoat. First impression of the result on my nails: Beautiful finish, smooth surface and vibrant color. I love it. Now trying to find out how long this polish last and how the other colors should be on my nails.

'Let's talk about my favorite icetea, wich is from Arizona. In Holland you can buy this at grocerystore Albert Heijn (AH). Every bottle contains 500ml and is €0,99 each. I love their unique flavors.'

'At my local AH they sell Pomegranate Green Tea, Original Green Tea with Honey, Iced Tea with Lemon, and Iced Tea with Peach. Favorite of the bunch is the pomegranate one. Arizona makes also Blueberry White Tea, Green Tea with Ginseng and Plum, and so far I can find them in these bottles Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey Jasmine.'

Unfortunately, so far as I know, they don't sell Sinful Colors in Holland... If your drugstore or other local place sells them could we make a swap, please? *kitty eyes*' ^_^

To be honest, I don't use a lot of foundation, but sometimes my skin needs an colour boost when my skin looks dull, red, or stressed out. Another face product I want to try, is their Defining Duo Blush. Personally for me it's very hard to find an good matte blush, cause I don't want to end up like a discoball...'

'After a long hunt in my 'city', I finally found Catrice latest Limited Edition Big City Life. Seriously, I walked by everyday past two weeks in my 3 local Dutch drugstores: my two Trekpleisters and my big Kruidvat above my huge grocerystore, where only people from all around my district doing their groceries.'

'I end up at my huge Kruidvat, and bought the whole collection with an major discount. I paid for the whole lot €24,66 instead of €37,96 wich is in my opinion amazing. If you bought two products you got an discount of 35%. On to the products itself.'

'I love my Big City Life eye and cheek palettes... Sydney and New York are my favorites. Most eyeshadow colours are very shimmery, but I like them a lot. Every palette contains two blushes and six eyeshadows The package of these palettes reminds me of Urban Decay palettes. The texture is soft and very smooth to apply. And the pigmentation is very good too. Every eyeshadow/ blush kit comes with an little eye pencil and spongetip applicator, wich is cute. Now I need to see how long they last, so I need to give that a try. They are €6,99 at full price each. Moving on to their Nailpolishes.'

'These nailpolishes reminds me of colours from Catrice's regular line. However, I love these colours. I can't find some good dupes for them from Catrice's regular line right now, but I'm sure they excist. On the pictures I did two swatches on a white practise nail, so the coverage seems to be oke. These nailpolishes are quik dry. I can't say anything about chipping and lasttime right now. They are €2,49 each at full price.'
