Purchases ~ Bargain Alert! Astor Assorted Twinpacks Nailpolishes (Action)

'It's been a while, when I was here. I apologize. I was a bit busy with a shitload of other things. Fingers crossed I'm back foregood.' 

'I want to share with you my new bargain alert, wich are the Astor Assorted Twinpacks with Nailpolishes. These come in different variations. I have their Laque Deluxe, Nailwhitener, Fashion Studio Fruity Scent and Smokey Topcoat pack. I will defenately go back to the Action, because this is a score: Only €1,39 a pack. That's a hack of a steal...'

Purchases ~ Bargain Alert! Revlon Colorstay Nailpolishes for €0,99 (Action)

'Since januari I spotted several times the Revlon Colorstay Nailpolishes for only €0,99 a piece. That's a steal. The Action have also the Sally Hansen polishes for the same price. Here are the colors I picked up for the pas 1,5 month.'

'First bunch: Stiletto, Jungle, Spanish Moss and Buttercup. I allready wore Spanish Moss, and I'm absolutely in love with the color. On the pics, I used one coat. Only thing is the drytime, wich isn't that quik. So far, that's the only complain.'

'Second bunch: Sheashell, Amethyst, Indigo Night and Bare Bones. I wore from these Bare Bones allready. I like it for a good nude nail. You can get away with one coat for most colors. Some needs two, like Sheashell, but still. I don't like the brighter corals so maybe this is an good alternative.'

Purchases ~ Rimmel Salon Pro Nailpolishes (Action)

'Spotted nice Nailpolish Brands at the Action. One of them are the Rimmel Salon Pro Nailpolishes with their round caps. Let's take a look.'

'These polishes are €2,39 each, a steal in comparison with Dutch drugstores. I have Lethal Green, Little Boy Blue, It's Lush and Fondant Fancy. I've seen a few more colors, but mostly they have only greens in my Action.'

'A few quik swatches. Used one coat. I think you're good to go with one mostly, but two is better for most of these. And I did these on white nails, so go figure. The Little Boy Blue I bought because it reminded me of Sally Hansens Pacific Blue. It's close, but not a dupe. Pacific Blue is more dusty, and the Rimmel one is more blue. Maybe I do a little comparison in the near future on that.'

Purchases ~ Catrice Limited Edition VisionAiry Ultimate Laquers

'Gosh, it's a very long time, when I picked up a LE from Catrice, so I thought why not? Excally, these cool shimmers from their latest VisionAiry LE lured me in. I picked up two, cause mostly, their LE's appear in their regular line, well, color wise. They make pretty good look a likes of their LE's. I picked them up at my Dutch drugstore Trekpleister, for €3,59 each.'

'First, let's take a look at the package. Sooo purrrdy. All shimmery and glittery goodness. Really love these colors for a accent nail or something.'

'Now the swatches. I think these colors would be perrrfect for effects, but hey, it's called a Effect Laquer. I did one coat here, so I think the coverage is pretty decent. These colors reminds me a lot of winter. I want to say, that Mystic Moments reminds me of 62 Must - Have STEELetto also from Catrice and Greencard of Surreality is a good one for 63 Mind The Gap. So if you have these colors allready, you don't necessary need these. Personaly I love these kind of colors and I can't get enough of them at this time.'

Purchases ~ Ciaté Nailpolishes (Big Bazar)

'At my local Big Bazar they sell Ciaté Nailpolishes for €3,99 a piece, a real steal. Normally you will pay around €10- €12 a bottle. One time they had a sale thing going on: Buy 3 for €10 or something. Even better. So I picked nine colors in total, in the past two months or so.'

'Okay, first bunch. From left to right. First color is Angel Wings, a pearly white color wich reminds me of snow. Whore it at New Years Eve and is opaque in two coats. Second color is Cream Soda, a light, pale creamy grey color. Didn't worn it yet, but it seems opaque in one coat. (All my swatches have one coat in this post) And the creamy yellow color is called Loop The Loop, wich is great for easter. Actually, it screams Easter to me.'

'Onto the next group, wich contains: Apple And Custard, Fly With Me and Holiday Blues. Apple And Custard, Holiday Blues are both cream polishes. Fly With Me contains a slight sheen of purple? pink? though a petrol blue base. Didn't worn these yet also.'

'Last row: Regatta, Fashionista Sister and Cream Tea. Regatta is a deep dark blue, wich dries matte, almost a sand finish. Fashionista Sister reminds me of Catrice Ultimate Laquer in First Class- Up Grape, a rich deep purple wich leans towards red. Lastly Cream Tea, wich reminds me of tea with milk. It's an good nude color with an hint of gold shimmer in it.'

'Some of these colors can use two coats as you can see. In person, they look way better, I promise.'

Purchases ~ Sinful Colors Nailpolishes Part Three

'So far I did two purchase posts (Part Two was the 1+1 Sale) about Sinful Colors Polishes. Now on to a third post about them. This time I picked up five.'

'I picked up in this order: Let's Talk, Lively In Lilac, Soulmate, Ruby Ruby and Pink Forever. I swatched them on my nail wheels for you. Around Christmas I whore Ruby Ruby, and I loved it. The Lively In Lilac I also whore as an accent nail, and at the moment I'm rocking Soulmate, wich covered my nails in one coat. The other two I still need to try on my nails.'

'I planned to pick up the BlueLaLa color. When I asked the lady when they should stock the display, they couldn't tell me, so I went in total three times to the store. When I came around the third time, BlueLaLa seems to be sold out allready. Instead of BlueLaLa I picked Lively In Lilac from the same collection, wich was called Chill Out or something. Sinful Colors is sold at my biggest Kruidvat for €1,99. I didn't seen this brand in the smaller Kruidvat locations.'

Purchases ~ Kruidvat 1+1 Free Sales : NYC In A Minute Lavender Blossom and Parma Violet

'During the same 1+1 Sale at the Dutch Kruidvat in september, I picked also up a few NYC In A Minute Nailpolishes. Not everyone loves the In A Minute Polishes, but I don't have a lot of trouble with them. NYC In A Minute Polishes are €2,49 each, so this was good. Here are the colors I picked up.'

'Here's one coat of Lavender Blossom. It's your typically lilac/ lavender color. I picked this up, because I needed a quik dry lilac color. As you can tell, the color should be better with two coats, but in real life, the shine through isn't that noticeable. Hey, it's quik dry, so for that second coat is plenty of time too.'

'And here's one coat of Parma Violet. It's an purple with red undertones, and perfect for Fall. I don't need more purples at this point, but an quik dry one is always welcome. ^_^ You can get away with one coat. In real life, the streakyness isn't that noticeable, but for being sure, it's better to use two. For the quikness, it isn't that hard to do two.'

'Overall I love the NYC In A Minute Ones for if you're in need for an quik manicure. I'm a bit bummed, cause they discontinued Sidewalkers here. That's my favorite grey color, wich I used allready to dead. I'm glad I got Sidewalker's look-a-like Prey Of Grey too, but that one was a Limited Edition, so defenately not available anymore. Oh well. These two makes it right.'

Purchases ~ Back At the Action : Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Polishes (Mostly Glitters)

'Collected this huge amount of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Glitter Polishes for a few months now, so time to put them here. As you know, I found the Xtreme Wear Polishes a while back at my Action for only €0,99, see the bargain alert <here>. Also picked a few non glitters up, so let's take a look what I have.'

Purchases ~ Kruidvat 1+1 Free Sales : Sinful Colors

'During another 1+1 Sale at the Dutch Kruidvat in september, I decided to pick up a few Sinful Colors Nailpolishes. Not every Kruidvat carries this brand, I noticed, so I recommend my Dutch readers to search in their biggest, local Kruidvat. Sinful Colors Polishes are €1,99 each, so this was a steal. Here are the colors I picked up.'

'Offcourse I swatched the colors. Most of them needed two coats, and sometimes the brush is a bit wonky. They paint on smooth, nevertheless. I love Hottie and Fig very much at this point.'

'I used Fig, like I said, earlier this month, and I fell in love with that color. Pity enough I forget to picture Fig on my nails, but here are the colors on my swatch wheel.'

Purchases ~ Trekpleister 1+1 Free Sales : Catrice Ultimate Laquers The Next Level #64, #65, #66, #67 (Fall 2014)

'There was a nice sale at the Dutch Trekpleister past September: buy one nailpolish get one free. So I went a bit nuts with Catrice's newest regular Fall colors. Catrice Ultimate Laquers are €2,99 each. (Except for one, and that's Blue and A Half Men. I wasn't sure to pick that one up, cause I'm not wearing tons of blue. In the end I picked it after the sale).'

'Like I said earlier, the brushes could be better at some colors. But still, the colors in this post are gorgeous. Maybe not that special anymore, still they scream Fall to me. The only color from this post wich needed two coats is Blue And A Half Men. However, I don't regret to get Blue And A Half Men, but it's not the favorite one. All the other ones could be worn in one coat, and goes on very well.'
