Purchases ~ On My Nails: Max&More Nailpolish in Mauve (Action)

'This time on my nails, another cheap nailpolish by Max& More. This brand you will find at the Dutch Action for only €0,49. The brand did change a bit in package, wich is good, but there's one thing: they don't print the color name at the bottom of the bottle anymore. So you need to cut the name from the blister and stick it on the glass yourself, like I did here. However, I love this Mauve color, and for 50 cents you can't really beat it. I did two coats here, and the drytime is pretty standard. If you're on a budget, and you're looking for a color you can wear to work, this one will do it.'

Purchases ~ On My Nails : Deep Sea by Max Nails (Action)

'And here's the other swatch I made for an Max Nails nailpolish from the Action. Like I said, the Action is a store here in Holland, which sells really cheap stuffies. This polish was only €0,49, which is basicly nothing for a nailpolish.'

'Again, the first layer is a bit strikey, but it would be fixed in two layers. Sadly enough, this color didn't dry that quikly like the Soft Lilac in the <previous post>. However, it isn't a bad color. When it is finally dry, it will stay on for two days without topcoat. This one is also a keeper in my nailpolish collection.'

Purchases ~ On My Nails : Soft Lilac by Max Nails (Action)

'Today I want to share this €0,49 nailpolish in Soft Lilac by Max Nails, which is available at the Dutch Action, and probably one of their more harder to find colors. This is a store where they sell beauty related things, kitchen stuff, stationery and way, way more for very low prices. Here is the color on my nails.'

'First coat was a little bit strikey, but after two coats, nothing's exally wrong with it. Worn this two days without a topcoat, so that's pretty neat for such a bargain. Drytime is perfect but not quik, just regular. This one by Max Nails is a keeper in my Nailpolish Collection. Along with this color I bought also Max Nails' Deep Sea, a minty color, an On My Nails Post about this one, is coming up this month.'

Projects ~ On My Nails : Max Nails Nailpolish in Yellow Glaze

'And here's the other Max Nails Nailpolish I recently bought. It's in Yellow Glaze, a nice yellow, perfect for spring and only €0,49 at the Dutch Action. 
As you can tell, the color Yellow Glaze covered my nails okay. On the picture I used only one coat, so that isn't too bad for an cheap yellow. I like it. The coverage of this color isn't better then the Peach color, which I whore <here>. I bet a second coat makes it all nicer, and the polish dried really quikly. Without an topcoat it doesn't stay on that long, so I want to recommend you to use an good topcoat.'

Projects ~ On My Nails : Max Nails Nailpolish in Peach

'Here's another On My Nails Post, this time I painted my nails in an Max Nails, only €0,49 Polish. You can buy these polishes at the Dutch Action, which sells beside beauty related products, like kitchen supplies, stationery, underwear, and loads more nice priced stuffies. 
The color of this polish is Peach. Max released this color in the past as an more pinky color, so Max improved this color for loads. It's an peach color, not an pink, you know. On the pics, I used only one coat, so the coverage on this polish is pretty good. As you might know, some Max Colors are a hit or sometimes a miss. This one is a hit for sure.'

Purchases ~A Few Freshly Found Nailpolish Colors by Max Nails (Action)

'Just a quik post to let you know that I found recently some newer nailpolish colors by Max Nails, the cheapest brand from Holland, which is sold at the Action. These nailpolishes contains 7ml, so don't confuse them with the mini's. They are only €0,49 each. However, sometimes, they could be a miss, like the color Turkoois, but some of them are a hit like Real Nude. (which isn't a nude at all, more a purplish mauve) 
Anyway, here are the two colors I purchased, because of the fact that I never seen them before. The color Peach was earlier sold, but then it was more like a hot pink. You can see Peach is Peach now, if you know what I mean. Yellow Glaze is the first yellow in their regular line I've ever seen by Max. 
I will do swatches of them later on, cause right now, we're in the middle of planning a home switch, in other words, we're moving out our house to get a new one. So, I'm a little more busy. Just a little.'

Reviews ~ Bargain Find Of The Month : Max Mini Nailpolish (Action)

'A day back, I did an Februari Bargain post. Today I want to do a quick review for the Max Mini Nailpolishes which where included in that post, so let's get into this. Like I all ready told you girls, they had also an caviar set, but because of the size, I didn't pick the caviar one. I think those beads should be gone too soon. I made this product also Bargain Find Of The Month, and you're going to read now why.'

'My first impression of the mini polish is that the bottle is very small. It's only 3,6ml each. You get 3 bottles in a package for only €0,79, a real bargain. I needed for all of them only one coat, so the coverage is very very good, I was surprised with that. Especially the yellow and lime one, cause mostly such colors don't have an awesome color pay off. Another plus is the dry time. You don't need to wait that long to get it touch dry. As long I can tell they didn't stain my nails. I'm very very pleased with this product, and I will purchase more. Only thing: I wish these babies had names... they don't even have numbers.'

Purchases ~ Cheap Begin For The Month Of Love : Februari Bargains

'Here I want to share with you a few Cheap Things I collected at the start of the Month Of Love, Februari 2013. Mainly I shopped at the Dutch Action, which I told you earlier about. It's an store which sells loads of cheap things. They sell Kitchen Stuff, Make Up and Beauty Related Things, Stationary... sometimes it's an pretty cheap hit, and sometimes it's an stinking miss. However, it's not an big gap in your wallet, so Action things are nice to experiment with.'

'First, I came across these Max Mini Nailpolish sets. They had a few more colors, and also a few with caviar, but I didn't pick those with caviar because of the small amount of caviar pearls in it. A set Mini Nailpolish at the Action is only €0,79. Each bottle contains 3,6ml, and they are great for traveling. I will swatch them soon as possible.'

'Finally... Action stocked up on their Nail Art Stripers again! Yayzzz! I grabbed a few when I had the change, cause Action ran out very quikly on them the last time they had them. I only paid €1,39 for a set of 3, and I heard pretty good things about those. We shall see how they work out for me.'

'Also needfull things: a basecoat from the Action for €0,59, and a Byphasse Facecleanser from the Op=Op Voodreelshop (Dutch Beauty Bargain shop) for €2,25, cause I ran out of face cleanser, and this one last me a very long time.'

'Lastly I picked this NYC Expert Last Lip Color in 443 Purple Crush at my local Dutch Drugstore Kruidvat. It was €2,99, and at this moment the other Dutch Drugstore Trekpleister has an buy two for €4 discount, so maybe I go to the Trekpleister to pick a few more, cause the lipstick feels very good on the lips. The only thing, NYC has only the standard color range for these lipsticks, nothing BAM! in your face colors or rarely unique ones.'

Projects ~ Minty and Green Nails : A Few Swatches

'I have two nailcolors I didn't show you. The first one was really cheap, and the brand is Max Nails. Price was €0,45, so don't expect to much for this greenish color. The name of the color is Turkoois.(Turquoise) It's more a green like Essies Turquoise And Caicos. I was a little disappointed. After 3 coats the coverage isn't still great. Too bad, because I really like the color in the bottle. I need to say that not every color is bad by this brand. Max Nails is a hit or a miss for me.'

'Next nailpolish I bought with discount. It's the Essie one wich was on a wishlist a little time ago. I'm talking about Mint Candy Apple. Normally Essie is €9,99, but I got it for €7,99. Still pricey, but as usual my curiosity wins. So I picked it up. It reminds me a little of Gosh in Miss Minty and also Mavala in Lagoon. First I was a little disappointed, cause the application isn't that smooth. But after struggling with two coats, the color came out beautiful. Without topcoat this Nailpolish keeps nice till at least five days... without any chipping. So defenately worth the struggle. Based on the fact that Essie last me a very long time on the nails, I will purchase another color from Essie.'
